About Us
Preparing People To
Create Opportunities.

Our Story
Education Should Do More
Than Inform.
Jus One Academy is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization founded to close a gap we saw firsthand: people complete their education without the financial, entrepreneurial, and professional skills that determine real-world outcomes.
We deliver structured, competency-based training in financial empowerment, entrepreneurship and innovation, and workforce and leadership development — for youth, community and workforce participants, and athletes.
From schools and community organizations across the DMV to professional athlete programming, we design experiences that move participants from information to application, and measure what changes as a result.
What We Stand On
Four Pillars.
One Mission.
01
Empowerment
We equip young people with the confidence and skills to own their future — not just follow someone else's path.
02
Ingenuity
We teach students to think critically, solve problems, and create value where others see obstacles.
03
Inclusivity
We meet every student where they are — from athletes to entrepreneurs — and make space for every voice.
04
Integrity
We lead by example. Honesty, accountability, and doing right by our community drive everything we build.
